About the converter

The Krazy Stitcher Photo-to-Pattern Converter transforms any photograph into a bead-by-bead pattern you can follow at your workbench. Upload a photo, choose your bead brand, and the converter handles the rest — color matching, grid calculation, and a complete materials list with part numbers and bead counts.

Everything runs in your browser. Your images stay on your computer. No account required, no software to install, no subscriptions.

Six reasons

What Makes It Different

Color Matching Based on How People See Color

Uses CIEDE2000, a standard formula for how different two colors look to people, to pick the bead that looks closest to each part of your photo. Bead colors are estimates, so compare with real beads before you buy a large amount.

9 Bead Brands, 1,814 Colors

Miyuki Delica, TOHO, DMC, Mill Hill, Perler, Hama, Artkal, NABBI, and MARD. Seed beads and fuse beads, all in one tool.

Built-In Pattern Editor

Pen, fill bucket, global color replace, eyedropper, eraser, and one-click confetti cleanup. Edit individual beads or repaint entire regions.

Work Mode

Row-by-row guided view with bead threading order, progress tracking, and a large-text workshop display for your workbench.

Image Adjustments

Brightness, contrast, and saturation sliders let you tune the image before conversion — no photo editor needed.

Cross-Brand Color Reference

Automatically shows equivalent colors across brands — DMC↔Delica, TOHO↔Miyuki, Perler↔Hama, Artkal→Perler, and Mill Hill→Miyuki — with match quality ratings. Perfect for substitutions and mixed-media projects.
