What happens after 60 days?
The trial ends and the design tools lock. But your saved patterns are still there — you can open and view them anytime. Purchase a license key and everything unlocks again instantly, right where you left off. You won't lose a thing.
Will I lose my patterns?
No. Your patterns are saved on your computer, not in the cloud. They don't disappear, expire, or get deleted — they're yours. We also recommend exporting your patterns as .ks project files regularly, so you have a backup in a folder you control.
Do I need to enter a credit card?
No. The trial is completely free — no payment information, no email address, no account of any kind. Just click "Activate" and start designing.
Can I upgrade to Pro or Studio later?
Yes, anytime. Your existing patterns carry over to the new edition — nothing is lost. You only pay the difference between editions.
What if I'm not very computer-savvy?
That's completely okay — most of our users aren't software engineers. Krazy Stitcher was designed to feel like your beading table, not a computer lab. If you can use email and browse the web, you can use Krazy Stitcher. And we have a Beginner's Guide that walks you through everything step by step.
Do I need to be online to use it?
No. Once you have the file, everything works offline — designing, saving, exporting. You don't need the internet for anything. The only time you'd go online is if you choose to visit our website for charts, supplies, or updates.
Will it work on my iPad / tablet / phone?
Yes. Krazy Stitcher works in any modern web browser on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. A larger screen is more comfortable for detailed design work, but it functions on all of them.
What's the difference between Base, Pro, and Studio?
Base (the trial edition) has 22 stitch types and all the essential tools — it's everything most beaders need. Pro adds 3 more stitch types (Ladder, Albion and Bead Crochet Rope — 25 total), 3D realistic preview, Color Reduction, 300 DPI export, Enhanced Backup, bead inventory tracking, and cost estimation.
